Company will use its best efforts to supply products as represented on the GiftBasketsUSAOnline.com website, however it will occasionally substitute ingredients, packing materials, containers, decorations when necessary to fill an order for a product.  Company will not be required to make an adjustment in price or to communicate substitutions.  Company will attempt to use a higher value item or items when it is necessary to substitute.

Incorrect Addresses: It is understood that a “bad address” shall be considered the information supplied with an order for the shipping address that includes an incorrect street address, an apartment/suite number that is missing or incorrect, or a postal code that is provided but does not match the address or state. Company shall charge the payment method provided with an order an additional charge of $20 for rerouting the order to another address or processing the returned product when the shipping carrier can not make the delivery due to a bad address.
